Caroline Ripley – Culturally Grounded Supervision and Therapeutic Support

Ko Tūhoe, Ko Ngāti Awa Ko Hāmoa ōku iwi, Ko Caroline Ripley ahau.

Caroline has dedicated over two decades to supporting tamariki, rangatahi and whānau through challenging times. Her work is grounded in compassion, connection and cultural understanding.

As a Social Worker (Kaitiaki / Supervisor) and Therapist Caroline supports and mentor’s individuals and teams with integrity and empathy. She values collaboration and reflection, helping others grow both personally and professionally.

Her approach to supervision and leadership is guided by the belief that Whakawhanaungatanga, Āhurutanga and Manaakitanga builds strong practice.

In her therapeutic work, Caroline walks alongside individuals and whānau to help them heal, strengthen relationships and find their own pathways forward. Her practice weaves together professional expertise and cultural wisdom, recognising the importance of identity, belonging and connection to whānau and community.

Caroline is respected for her interpersonal warmth and her ability to build trusting, authentic relationships across cultures. Her deep respect for Te Ao Māori and her commitment to culturally grounded practice guides her in every space she enters, ensuring that the people she supports feel valued, understood, and empowered.
